Advertising Signs

No advertising signs are allowed on any lot including contractor, realtor, or any other kind of business/service signs. For homes or lots that are for sale, the realtor can place an information box that contains information regarding the property for sale. (Please refer to Covenants – Article VII, Section 13)

Trash/Recycle Bins

Trash/recycle bins must be stored out-of-sight from the road and your neighbor's yard. They must be stored either in your garage or outside within a constructed surround that was approved by the ACC prior to its construction. Continual violation of this rule can result in a fine of $25 per day until the violation is resolved. (Please refer to Covenants – Article VII, Section 14, General Rules & Regulations - Trash, and the Violation Fine Schedule)

Yard and Home Exterior Maintenance

All property owner's lawns, landscaping, driveways, and home exteriors must be properly maintained. The grass must be cut and curb should be edged on a regular basis. All bushes and shrubs should be kept trimmed. Violations of these rules can result in a fine of $25 per week until the violation is resolved.
