HOA Annual Assessment

The HOA Annual Assessment that is due each year for all lots in Lookout Pointes, is determined by the HOA Board and announced at the Annual HOA Meeting which is normally held in November. The dues invoices are mailed/emailed at the beginning of January following the annual meeting and the invoiced amount is due February 1. Interest will be added for late payments as outlined in the dues invoice that you receive. For lot owners who own an undeveloped lot that receives lawn maintenance from the HOA for mowing from the curb to start of tree line, an additional assessment amount is added to the invoice for that lot to cover the cost of this service.
