HOA Board

Lookout Pointes HOA Board is composed of elected homeowners from the community. The Board is tasked with enforcing the association's rules and regulations to help maintain a level of uniformity and aesthetic continuity within the neighborhood that preserves the community's visual appeal and property values. While imposing fines is not their goal, the Board can impose fines or other penalties for violations of the association's rules and regulations. This regulatory role is necessary to help minimize conflicts and ensure a peaceful and aesthetically pleasing living environment for all residents.

The HOA Board members are elected each year by the voting members of the community at the HOA annual meeting which is usually held in November. All positions are for a term of one year with no term limits. To be eligible to vote, the member must be in good standing with the Lookout Pointes HOA. If any association member is interested in serving on the Board, then you must inform the HOA President of your intentions at least 30 days prior to the annual meeting. All candidates must be from among the association voting members and be in good standing with the HOA.
